This is my personal homesite that I purchased while I worked for the developer here at Cannonsgate. As with most developers, I received my choice of location, and a substantial discount on my purchase. This prime corner homesite has significant open space (owned by the HOA) adjacent, making your piece of Cannonsgate feel much bigger than it actually is. (I won't tell if you don't!)
